BKG Tony P, a.k.a. Ace King, a.k.a. Klarence Karter, was born Anthony Kane Printup II onDecember 20, 1985 in Atlanta, GA. An up-and-coming artist from the Eastside ofthe city, Ace can be considered a triple-threat, excelling at performing, writing, andproducing. This “perfect calibration” has sparked a major buzz and increased demandfor his craft, as he continues to emerge on the Atlanta music scene. As a child, themusical interest of Ace King was sparked at the tender age of six, when he was taughtthat there was a process to the production of musical creativity. At the age of 11,Ace began to play several instruments, specifically honing his skills on the trumpet.He continued this musical training through his high school years, performing with therenowned Stephenson High School Marching Band and Wind Ensemble, where heserved as drum major and student leader from 2002-2004.As Ace began to develop as a serious musical talent, tragedy struck his life. 

Atthe age of 14, Ace lost his father, Anthony Kane Printup, Sr. As part of his grievingprocess, he began to write poetry and short stories to release and express internalfeelings and emotions. This grieving process sparked the beginning of a union ofskillful lyricism and high-end musicianship. Supported and encouraged by his familyand friends, this combination began to develop into the artist that is today known as AceMusically, Ace has drawn inspiration not only from his grandfather andfather, but also from artists such as OutKast, the Dungeon Family, Tupac Shakur,Cash Money Records, and Three Six Mafia. At this point in his development, Acebecame determined to make his mark on his community, city, and the music industryas a whole. He continued his musical training at Florida A&M University, where hebecame a member of the infamous Marching 100 and the Red Dawg Organization.After transferring to Georgia Southern University in 2005, Ace incorporated hisentrepreneurial skills into his musical development and began making beats andproducing songs for independent artists throughout South Georgia and North Florida,all while mastering his skills on Fruity Loops, ProTools, Logic, Garage Band, MPC2000,and Triton Keyboards.In 2009, Ace King established his recording group and entertainmentcompany – Aces High Entertainment. Just as every artist seeks to find a niche intheir respective market, Aces High Ent. seeks to re-establish the roots of the Atlantamusic scene by providing the perfect blend of true lyricism, musicianship, streetsavvyness, and homegrown Southern talent. Knowing that the key to success in themusic industry revolves around networking, marketing, and all-out hustle, Ace hasdeveloped a management team of four diverse individuals with six collegiate degreesand over ten years of experience in the music industry collectively. Additionally,Ace has incorporated ten other artists, singers, and producers into his company.This combination of musical talent and corporate experience will allow Aces HighEntertainment to establish itself as a power in the music industry over the next twodecades.To date, Ace has oversought the authoring and production of almost tenmixtapes, including three of his own (Aces High v. 1&2; Cent$ of Urgency). Since2009, he has performed at several venues including the Apache Café, Red Light Café,Philips Arena, GA State University, and the University of Georgia. Ace has openedfor several artists as well, including Yung L.A., Travis Porter, and Trina. In addition toestablishing his brand within the industry, Ace King is also a perennial volunteer withthe Stephenson HS music program, assisting young musicians and leaders that arecurrently being groomed in the same program from which he and many of his artistshave come.
